Privacy Policy

Pawn Boss is a single-player game for Meta Quest, published by Magnet Mates LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the game does with information. The short version: we do not collect, store, or sell any personal information.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not receive your name, email address, Meta account details, location, voice, camera images, hand or body tracking data, or anything about how you play.
What stays on your headset
Your saved games, settings, and a short technical log used for troubleshooting are stored in the game's own storage on your headset. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are deleted when you uninstall the game.
Because nothing leaves your headset, there is nothing for us to delete on request: uninstalling the game removes everything it stored. If you believe we hold any information about you, email us and we will confirm and delete it.
If you press PHOTO in the game, a picture of your in-game medallion board is saved to your headset's Pictures folder ("Pictures/Pawn Boss"). It stays on your device, and you can delete it at any time from the headset's Files app.
Hand tracking and controller tracking are used only to let you play. That data is processed on the headset by the Meta Quest system and is never stored or transmitted by the game.
Meta platform services
When the game starts, it uses Meta's Platform SDK to confirm that the game was purchased on the account in use. That check is carried out by Meta; we do not receive or keep any information from it. Meta's own handling of your data when you use a Quest headset and the Meta Horizon Store is described in Meta's privacy policies.
Children
The game does not collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future update adds an optional online feature, such as leaderboards, this policy will be updated before that feature is released, and the game will describe the feature before you use it.
